Visiting Toowomba

28th October..with lots of food in the house, Mak Ngah prepared lunch and we had it at Anjas's (a friend) in Gathens,a peaceful place about 1hr drive from abg abdul's house.along the way i can see the country side of Brisbane.wide area of fruits & vegetables farm,dairy farm and also drop by Big orange where they sell fresh veggies and fruits.we head to Toowomba and shop at a plaza. Then we go to Queenspark for the blooming flowers and Picnic Point for a mount view..

Spring in Australia

27th October..From China Town to Darra we shop for groceries.Lots of fruits, fresh veggies,and Chinese.we also stop by a park where there's a lot of jakaranda, a tree with purple flowers as in the pics..it was lovely.they were just in front of a row of houses.fantastic view! Then,Abg Abdul introduce me to DFO (Direct Factory Outlet) where i hopelessly fell in love with..nobody can resist the perfume shop.i grab my Marc Jacob perfume there.time is so limited coz all shop are closed by 5pm.i only spend 2 hrs there browsing kate hill's handbags,sherriden's collection,shoes, perfume and many more.My first trip to DFO injected a shopping virus in me.i'm already addicted to DFO!

My Trip to Australia

26th October 2008..i was very excited that day.it's my first visit to Australia.Mak Ngah and i hardly sleep the night before. we packed a lot of food stuff for my cousin-abg abdul and weight our baggage not exceeding 15kilos each.Alhamdulillah..after 8 hrs flight, we pass the australian declaration counter.Only then mak ngah and i felt relieved.we reached Coolongata airport at 8pm and travel about an hour to abg abdul's house in Toowong.
The next day we went shop for groceries. Beli ayam near china town.a lot of mlaysian food we can find there.even fresh daun pandan pun ada import from Penang.so everything u need is there..as long as u can cook there should be no problem at all.
